Sensor Cleaning
does anyone have any advise on cleaning the sensor on a Canon 30D
I've thought about investing in a Sensor loupe and Arctic Brush to have a go myself but looking at the test shot I did using a sheet of white card I have a build up of dust in one corner which possibly will need a wet clean which I am not sure about

I bought an Artic Butterfly for my D200 and it worked well. It comes with (or they may be an option, I don't remember) wet cleaners as well so if the static brush doesn't do it there is also that possibiltiy. It's easy to use so don't be put off getting one.

Miles Whitehead offers this service. I was quoted £15 for the same sensor size, but costs go up if sensor needs to be removed etc...., not had time to get my camera to him yet.

He's based in Leybourne, West Malling

I was on a course run by a pro' commercial photgrapher a few years back and he recommended him for camera repairs.
