My thoughts are :
Great picture, the primary subject matter of the ducks in the foreground and the building in the background are both nicely exposed and the large depth of field you've set has ensured that both are in focus.
If you initially saw this shot, minus the ducks, you did well to wait for them to appear, the added foreground interest is very good, and as a bonus they are moving into the frame, and in a nice formation.
Going into the distance, due to the direct sunlight, the right-hand side of the picture is much more vibrant than the left, fantastic colours with lovely reflections. Well captured.
If you were happy to lose the ducks, an alternative crop might be to "zoom-in" closer to the building, but veer off to the right a little, keeping as much of the vibrant trees as possible and losing some of the trees from the left. This would enlarge a primary subject, the building, and also throw it off centre, to the left slightly - the is generally considered good practice to have a central subject actually slightly off centre.
The clouds are a little burnt out, especially on the left. If this was taken as a JPG then switching to RAW mode if your camera has it, holds much more exposure information in the photo and would give you much more room to tweak the photo later on the computer to correct or improve this sort of problem.
Again with the clouds, an alternative is for you to investigate HDR or High Dynamic Range images.
If you've not heard of HDR before then here's a couple of websites to get you going...

Overall a great shot, in my humble opinion.
Well done.
