Hi All :-)

I just wanted to pop by and introduce myself - my name is Lucy, and I am a newbie here... I am hoping to pop by Invicta Photo Club in Detling when I get my leg back (long story but metal plates, screws and plaster is all involved!)

I bought myself an Olympus something or other (I can't remember the model off the top of my head) a good few months ago and so far I think I have taken a few pics of a spider, one of a peacock and plenty of the floor! It is an SLR - and I have no idea how to use it!!!

So I am hoping that some of you will be able to impart wisdom and knowlege, and help me make the absolute best of £400 of my hard earned squids!!!

I am 26, living in Detling, love photography, I'm just not so good at producing the results myself - except for at gigs, where I use a (much)cheaper teeny camera!!!!

So, I think that is me...!

I use an Olympus DSLR and am a member of a couple of web groups that cater for Olympus DSLR's. I can let you have details if you are interested.
