If you want to upload a photo to a forum page then it couldn't be easier.
I fin the easiest is uploading your pics to a photo hosting site like photobucket and that automatically gives you the link address to the photo for forum/bulletin boards. Copy and paste it into the body of your text on your posting. I'm still working all this out, but I think if you use html tags you can post them directly using [IMG] at eiter side of the location of the pic. Prob just best to use free image hosting!
